Description
We are seeking a **Renewable Projects Engineer** to strengthen our Engineering team, participating in photovoltaic and energy storage (BESS) projects across various geographies and development stages.
##### **Your mission**
You will be responsible for providing specialized technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial development and design phases through construction and commissioning—collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
##### **Key responsibilities**
* Participate in the technical design and optimization of photovoltaic projects and energy storage systems (BESS).
* Perform energy simulations and performance analysis using specialized tools.
* Prepare, review, and validate project technical documentation.
* Manage tendering processes and technical evaluation of bids for EPC contracts, Owner's Engineer services, and other specialized services.
* Supervise engineering development across all project phases.
* Coordinate interactions among consultants, engineering firms, contractors, and internal teams.
* Conduct technical monitoring of projects under construction and in operation.
* Provide technical support to Business Development, M\&A, Construction, and Operations departments.
* Participate in technical site visits and travel to national and international projects.
##### **Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Energy Engineering or related field.
##### **Experience**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
* Prior experience in utility-scale photovoltaic projects (>50 MW).
* Experience in BESS project design, engineering, tendering, or construction.
* Experience working with EPC contractors, engineering firms, or renewable project developers.
* International project experience is a plus.
##### **Technical knowledge**
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Experience with PVSyst.
* Experience with Homer or other energy storage system modeling tools.
* Solid understanding of photovoltaic and BESS technologies.
* Wind energy and other energy solutions experience is a plus.
##### **Languages**
* Fluent English (professional level).
