ACCIONA’s Circular Economy and Renewable Gases division develops, designs, constructs, operates, and maintains renewable gas projects (biomethane, hydrogen, etc.), CO2 valorization, waste management, and recycling of emerging materials. Within this context, ACCIONA Circular Economy and Renewable Gases seeks to incorporate an individual who will help further advance this vision.**Position Description** **MISSION** Plan, monitor, and control project costs, schedules, and performance, providing reliable information for decision-making and contributing to achieving established economic and execution objectives. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and maintain project cost budgets and estimates. * Conduct cost tracking and control, identifying variances and trends. * Prepare final cost forecasts (Estimate at Completion – EAC). Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Develop and update schedules in coordination with planning. * Analyze productivity, performance, and resource utilization. * Prepare periodic project controls reports. * Manage change control processes and impact assessments. * Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies where applicable. * Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams to ensure project information integrity. **Candidate Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Additional training in Project Controls or Project Management is desirable. **Experience** * 3–7 years of experience in cost control, planning, or project management within industrial, energy, or construction sectors. **Skills** * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking. * Organizational skills, results orientation, and effective communication. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. **Knowledge** * Intermediate/advanced English is desirable. * Cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM). * Change management, risk analysis, and cost estimation/forecasting. * Tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
