The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or Consultant in complex environments, preferably in roles such as: * DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps Architecture. * Experience in automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) within demanding ecosystems. * In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes (Amazon EKS). * Experience with AWS and modern architectures focused on scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3\). * Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation. * Experience with GitOps using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. * Knowledge of observability, logging, monitoring, and platform reliability. * Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation. * Experience enabling platforms for Artificial Intelligence solutions (ideally agent-based AI). * Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively. * Architectural vision, quality orientation, security awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement. **What would your responsibilities be?** * DevOps Architecture: Define and evolve the DevOps architecture aligned with technological strategy and business needs. * CI/CD and Automation: Design and drive continuous integration and delivery practices, automating end\-to\-end processes and improving pipeline efficiency. * Infrastructure as Code: Design Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, automate environments, and manage configurations predictably and scalably. * Observability and Reliability: Enhance monitoring, logging, and traceability capabilities to ensure resilient and proactive operations. * Technological Modernization: Participate in evolving cloud, hybrid, or multi-environment architectures while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. * DevSecOps: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed security practices across the entire development lifecycle. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and working methodologies. * Technical Reference: Serve as a technical guide, supporting teams in architectural decisions and DevOps practice adoption. * Kubernetes (EKS) Management: Administer AWS clusters, including scaling, capacity planning, security (RBAC), and advanced troubleshooting. * AI and Modern Platforms: Enable and integrate AI workloads using tools such as AgentCore and AWS Bedrock to connect foundational models. * System Health: Ensure availability of critical services through metrics, alerts, and log analysis. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with development, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to build robust and efficient solutions. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Kubernetes scaling (HPA, Karpenter) and advanced capacity planning. * Kubernetes troubleshooting (probes, OOMKills, affinity, etc.). * Experience in complex technology ecosystems or mission-critical environments. * Defining platform standards and technical governance. * Development industrialization and process standardization. * Technical influence and team mentoring capability. * Experience in technological transformation. * Good command of English.
