DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Software Development and Systems Integration Manager** to participate in strategic defense sector programs. The selected candidate will assume technical leadership and team coordination in complex and regulated environments, actively participating in the design, development, and integration of systems while ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements. **Location:** Arroyo de la Vega, Madrid. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Technically lead the development and integration of software solutions. * Coordinate internal teams and subcontracted teams. * Participate in the design and integration of complex systems. * Define and govern system architectures in accordance with **NAF v4**. * Apply **MBSE** approaches throughout the system lifecycle. * Maintain technical communication with the customer and various internal departments. * Ensure proper alignment and execution of projects. * Guarantee compliance with quality requirements and military regulations. #### **What We Offer:** * Involvement in strategic defense sector projects. * Professional development. * Continuous training. * Job stability. * Career development plan.
