You will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer of ACCIONA Energía. This role entails a high degree of autonomy, exposure to business areas, and participation in international projects, operating within a matrix environment and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.**Job Description** **Model, Risks, and Decision-Making:** * Implement and evolve the Compliance Model internationally, ensuring its suitability to regulatory requirements, the corporate framework, and business realities. * Actively participate in assessing operations, projects, and strategic decisions from a Compliance perspective, providing risk-based judgment and proposing viable alternatives. * Identify, assess, and monitor Compliance risks, ensuring the definition and implementation of mitigation measures. **Business Integration and Stakeholder Management:** * Continuously advise business units and corporate functions on ethics, integrity, and compliance matters. * Manage third-party due diligence processes, as well as review and negotiate contract clauses related to compliance. * Coordinate responses to requests from external stakeholders (clients, investors, financial institutions, partners, etc.). **Model Operation and Execution:** * Draft and maintain up-to-date internal Compliance regulations (policies, procedures, risk and control matrices). * Execute and coordinate key Compliance Model processes (conflicts of interest, donations, sponsorships, hospitality, among others). * Develop and deliver training and awareness programs tailored to diverse audiences and geographies. **Reporting, Monitoring, and Continuous Improvement:** * Define and monitor Compliance indicators to evaluate the Model’s effectiveness and implementation level. * Prepare executive reporting for senior management and contribute to corporate reports and stakeholder requests. * Coordinate internal and external Compliance audits, as well as follow-up on action plans. * Analyze regulatory developments and trends, promoting continuous updates to the Model. * Contribute to global Model coordination, priority setting, tracking of key initiatives, and preparation of information for governance bodies. **Required Skills and Competencies** **Academic Profile:** University degree in Law, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent. Postgraduate studies or specialization in Compliance or related fields, as well as professional certifications (CESCOM, CCEP, or others), are desirable. **Experience:** 7 to 10 years of experience in Compliance or related areas (risk management, internal control, auditing, legal). Experience in industrial or energy sectors and international environments is highly valued. **Languages:** Advanced English.
