




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service teleoperator in Viator, specialized in industrial part identification, to handle calls, use digital software, and prepare quotations. Use of digital software for part identification We are looking for a person to provide telephone customer service in Viator, specialized in identifying industrial spare parts. Main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, using digital software to locate appropriate parts, and preparing customized quotations for customers. It will also be necessary to confirm received orders and carry out other duties related to the position. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. This position includes legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role as described. * We seek a candidate with digital and communication skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
