Description
We are seeking environmental educators to implement an awareness-raising campaign on organic waste selective collection across 45 municipalities of the Almanzora-Levante-Vélez Consortium.
Relevant training in environmental matters and/or experience as an environmental information officer and/or as an educator and leisure-time monitor will be valued.
**Main responsibilities include:**
· Informative visits to establishments and businesses generating organic waste.
· Home visits to deliver campaign information and materials.
· Open talks for the general public and specific groups.
· Activities at schools.
· Citizen assistance at campaign Information Points.
· Other outreach or campaign-relevant activities.
· Logistical tasks (setup and transportation) for recycling kits.
Candidates must be proactive, capable of working both in teams and independently, and possess strong oral communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, as well as familiarity with Windows and Office environments. Proactivity is highly valued.
**Employment conditions:**
\- **Contract duration:** 1 month
\- **Working hours:** 35 hours per week
\- **Schedule:** Tuesdays to Saturdays, alternating between weeks from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or Mondays to Fridays from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
\- **Gross salary:** €1,250 (12-month salary) for 35 weekly hours.
\- **Training and mileage expenses** covered by the company.
