Emotional support and accompaniment are also provided, strengthening users’ support networks and encouraging their participation in activities to improve quality of life. Additionally, coordination with other healthcare and assistance services ensures comprehensive care, and programs promoting autonomy are implemented to help maintain independence and an active social life. Pre-admission interviews are conducted to assess the individual’s and family’s situation, establishing a personalized intervention plan.
