




We are looking for a person with a diploma or degree in Social Work to coordinate the home assistance service. Specific training in this field will be positively valued, as well as previous experience coordinating or managing similar services. Knowledge of relevant regulations and proficiency in SAD management tools will also be considered. Having a valid driver's license and residing in the area or nearby will be an advantage. Main responsibilities include coordinating and leading the team of area coordinators, supervising staff performance to ensure service quality, and preparing detailed technical reports outlining service development and evaluation when requested by the municipality. Additionally, it will be necessary to resolve conflicts, manage incidents, conduct home visits in serious situations, carry out regular evaluations to improve performance, handle billing control and report preparation, and manage and organize social work through appropriate goal planning.
