Currently, we need to incorporate a **Junior Studies Technician – Architectural Envelopes**, whose mission will be global project analysis and specialization in cost and economic aspects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Analyze and study the received project.
* Send pricing requests to suppliers.
* Study and assess material and price comparisons; analyze received quotations.
* Perform administrative tasks associated with the project (documentation, registration, etc.).
* Conduct cost analysis in the software.
* Attend meetings with clients.
* Negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.
* Design a schedule in Microsoft Project.

**Requirements:**
---------------
* Technical education (Technical Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Building Projects, or equivalent qualification).
* Prior experience is not required. Internships or up to two years of experience in studies, budgeting, technical offices, or construction projects will be valued.
* Advanced proficiency in Office and Presto is mandatory.
* Intermediate-to-advanced level of English/French is desirable.
