We seek a PHP Backend Developer eager to grow within a modern, flexible environment with a strong product vision. **Job Description** -------------------------- **What will you do?** * Develop new features in PHP * Participate in architectural evolution (clean architecture principles) * Design and evolve APIs * Integrate with external services and storage systems * Actively participate in technical decisions * Develop with a focus on testing and code quality * Work with MySQL and optimize queries * Integrate AI-based solutions: + Process automation + Integration with external models (LLMs, data analysis) + Intelligent features leveraging HR data * Improve performance and scalability * Develop with a focus on quality, testing, and best practices (TDD) **Requirements** -------------- * 3–5 years of PHP development experience * Solid MySQL experience * Experience with clean or well-structured architectures * Ability to write maintainable and scalable code * Interest in applying AI to backend development * Autonomous and technically responsible * Desire to participate in real technical decisions **Additional Information** ------------------------- 100% remote work.
