This person will act as the main point of contact between our company and our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction. **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can learn and grow both professionally and personally. * Base salary \+ variable compensation and a flexible benefits plan. * A strong corporate social responsibility culture. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct quality control inspections of housing units and common areas. * Coordinate with external and internal suppliers to prepare housing units for client handover. * Prepare welcome arrangements in the residential community on delivery day and guide clients regarding local service offerings. * Manage incidents reported by clients, including logging them into the system and tracking resolution progress. * Acquire TM-owned properties for vacation rental management. * Collaborate with the central reservations team to manage residential vacation activities: reservations, check\-in, and check\-out. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is a plus. * Attention to detail and experience in housing quality control. * Fluent level of English and/or French. **What do we expect from you?** Commitment and strong motivation to continue learning and developing professionally within an established company.
