Previous experience in industrial maintenance is a key requirement for this opportunity in Pulpí. We are looking for someone with a Higher or Medium Vocational Training qualification in Mechatronics, Electricity and Electronics, or Industrial Maintenance. At least 3 years of experience in factory maintenance management will be valued, especially if it was in flat glass manufacturing plants, as well as prior experience in production lines. It is desirable to reside near the plant and to have a valid driver's license and own vehicle. Responsibilities will include carrying out the necessary daily interventions at the plant and workstations. You will also be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and issuing preventive and corrective maintenance reports. Ensuring optimal machinery performance on production lines is essential, supervising work processes together with the plant manager. Additionally, you must meet production targets by managing indicators such as average equipment downtime and reduction of incidents, promoting continuous improvement.
