A food handler’s certificate is mandatory, along with a solid professional background in the sector. Flexibility in working hours is required to cover various shifts. Job responsibilities include organizing and supervising the kitchen team, preparing dishes according to established menus and dietary requirements, as well as managing orders and maintaining facility cleanliness. Ensuring full compliance with all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations is essential. A full-time work schedule is offered, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, under a temporary contract.
