We are looking for a teacher to deliver the training program on FOOD PRODUCTS PACKAGING, with at least 12 months of experience in occupations related to the specialty, duly accredited. What will your responsibilities be? * Planning and preparing classes: Develop training programs, design educational activities and resources, and adapt content to students' needs. * Teaching classes: Explain topics, conduct practical demonstrations, and facilitate learning through different methodologies. * Assessing learning: Design and administer assessments, observe student performance in practical activities, and provide feedback. * Tutoring and guidance: Answer student questions, guide them in completing activities, and offer support in exam or project preparation. * Career guidance: Inform about professional opportunities within the specialty, labor market demands, and employment prospects. * Professional development: Participate in courses and continuous training to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the field. * Technical problem resolution: Solve issues related to computer equipment, educational software, and the virtual learning platform. * Classroom management: Maintain order and discipline in class, and encourage student participation. * Communication with companies: Establish relationships with sector businesses and organizations to provide practical training and employment opportunities for students. This selection process is based on objective criteria of professionalism, merits, and capability. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor's degree, Engineer, Architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree or other equivalent qualifications. * Associate degree, Technical Engineer, Technical Architect, or equivalent undergraduate degree or other equivalent qualifications. * Technician and Senior Technician in the Food Industry professional family. * Level 2 and Level 3 Professional Certificates in the Diverse Foods area of the Food Industry professional family. Professional experience required in the scope of the competency unit Professional experience in the food sector: 1 year if accredited; otherwise, 3 years Teaching competence accreditation To accredit the required teaching competence, the trainer or expert must hold the Occupational Trainer Professional Certificate or equivalent training in adult vocational training teaching methodology. Exemptions from the requirement stated in the previous paragraph include: a) Those holding degrees in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Primary School Teaching (in any specialization), Psychology, Bachelor's in Psychology, Bachelor's in Pedagogy, or postgraduate specialization in Psychopedagogy. b) Those holding an official university degree different from those listed above and who also possess a Didactic Specialization qualification issued by the Ministry of Education or equivalent. c) Those who can demonstrate verified teaching experience of at least 600 hours within the last seven years in employment-oriented vocational training or the education system. 4\. Trainers delivering distance learning must have training and experience in this mode, proficiency in information and communication technologies, and meet the specific requirements established for each professional certificate. To this end, the competent authorities will develop specific programs and actions for training these instructors.
