**Join our team at the Alcaudete industrial plant!** We are looking for a **Production Manager** responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and supervising production orders, ensuring continuous improvement of production processes, and leading operational staff to guarantee maximum efficiency in delivery times and product quality. **Job responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and supervising production tasks * Assessing factory requirements * Managing and supervising finished products * Monitoring internal orders * Checking and supervising quality parameters * Managing and supervising purchase orders * Analyzing production data * Managing and supervising new product development tests * Optimizing warehouse space * Implementing layout modifications and improvements * Providing support to Technical Office regarding manufacturing issues * Communicating and supervising safety, quality, and service standards. **Team management responsibilities:** * Task assignment and follow-up * Leadership, development, and motivation of the team * Identifying training needs **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience Technical knowledge: Continuous improvement and Lean methodology, Layout design and production flows; Data analysis tools and industrial KPIs.
