Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to provide basic support and care to users in their homes, as part of a team assisting dependent individuals. Key Points: 1. Provides basic support and care in the user's home. 2. Is part of a team that assists dependent individuals. 3. Respects users' routines and needs. Personnel are needed for home care services in Jaén and La Guardia. Tasks include attending to users in their own homes, providing assistance with daily activities and basic care according to guidelines established by the coordination team, and following each individual's personalized care plan. An initial temporary contract is offered, with morning shift hours and a weekly workload of 18 hours. Start date is immediate, and salary follows the Andalusian Home Care Collective Agreement. Work takes place in the user's environment, respecting their routines and needs. This is an opportunity to join a team supporting dependent individuals in the Jaén area. * Qualification as a Care Assistant (Nursing, Clinical, Socio-Healthcare or similar), TCAE (Technical Nurse), or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions * Minimum of 3 months' relevant experience is desirable * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
