Job Summary: We are seeking a Home Care Service Coordinator to lead the team, supervise staff, manage incidents, and ensure quality standards in Jaén. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of technical reports and billing control We are looking for a coordinator for the home care service in Jaén. A university degree in Social Work or Psychology is required, along with at least one year of experience in similar positions. Medium-level office software proficiency, a valid driver's license, and preferably training in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management are also required. Responsibilities include coordinating the team of area coordinators, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Technical reports will be prepared upon request from the City Council; incidents and conflicts will be managed; and home visits will be conducted in serious situations. Periodic evaluations will be carried out to improve performance, alongside billing control and report preparation. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 16:15, with a temporary contract.
