Your Mission: You will join the finance team and be responsible for supporting the company’s financial control, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data quality and contributing to decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include: · Participating in monthly and annual closings · Supporting the preparation of financial reports · Conducting variance analysis (budget vs. actual) · Collaborating on budgeting and forecasting · Controlling and reconciling accounting data · Supporting audits and regulatory compliance · Collaborating on financial process improvements · Working jointly with other departments and international teams We are looking for: · Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field · 1–5 years of experience in finance or accounting · Knowledge of accounting closings (monthly and/or annual) · Experience or interest in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis · Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency · Experience with Business Central (or willingness to learn) · Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual · Strong communication skills · Advanced English proficiency Position Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Benefits: * Private health insurance Application Questions: * What is your level of English? * Can you work onsite in Lucena? * What is your earliest possible start date? * Do you have prior experience in finance, accounting, or controlling? * Have you participated in monthly or annual closings?
