You will support the Department in the following tasks: * Promote prevention in the company. You will assist with audits such as "Safety Golden Rules," OJT (On\-the\-Job Training), Risk Hunting audits, Safety Talks, etc. * Conduct risk assessments (except those reserved for senior\-level technicians) and propose measures for risk control and reduction. You will help detect safety and ergonomic risks, accompanied by a Senior Technician. * Carry out basic worker training. You can help us deliver DOJO and "Safety First" training, and manage the documentation of training for digital archiving. * Participate in the planning of preventive activities and direct actions to be taken in cases of emergency and first aid.
