Collaborate on client reporting and budget control **Job Title** Junior Technical consultant (Temporal)**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for the technical management of a portfolio of real estate assets that will be assigned to them. * Control and management of suppliers for the maintenance and technical\-legal compliance of technical inspections on managed assets, as well as tenders and contract management on behalf of clients. * Main technical contact point with the client regarding the assigned assets. Collaboration with the team and primarily with the Property Manager for smooth communication between the client and C\&W. * Collaboration in client reporting, in coordination with the Client Finance \& Lease Management and Property Management areas. * Coordination of the preparation and supervision of the capex plan for each asset, if applicable. * Monitoring the budget and controlling expenses of the asset. * Approval of expense invoices that are charged within or outside the budget, where applicable. * Visits to the assets and monitoring of the work performed by suppliers. Control and monitoring of utility contracts and energy consumption, as well as support to clients in ESG platforms. **KEY COMPETENCIES** Knowledge in construction project control.
