Position Summary: We are seeking technical staff in architecture to support project drafting, construction execution, and management of interventions financed by the FEDER program in healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support in regulatory compliance and adaptation to European funding in projects. 2. Participation in updating tender documents and expense justification for construction works. 3. Support in managing tenders and implementing FEDER-funded projects. We seek technical staff in technical architecture to support project drafting and construction execution. During the drafting phase, responsibilities include monitoring and supervising projects, as well as providing technical support on recent regulations and alignment with European funding objectives. During construction, tasks include updating technical specifications in tender documents, administrative monitoring, expense justification, processing productivity indicators, and disseminating related interventions. Throughout the entire period, support is provided for managing tenders, executing, and concluding interventions funded under the FEDER Operational Programme in healthcare facilities. This includes administrative tasks related to case files, preparing monitoring and control reports for registered operations, and supporting the development of innovative and efficient proposals within the relevant field. Interim contract, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00, with a monthly salary of 2505 euros, in Jaén.
