We are currently seeking an **Internal Controller** to join our team in Alcaudete. **Job Mission** As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the supervision and control of the company’s financial and operational information, ensuring data reliability, compliance with internal procedures, and resource optimization. What would be your **Responsibilities?** * Collaborate in the design, implementation, and improvement of internal controls. * Support budget preparation and monitoring. * Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures. * Participate in monthly closing and financial reporting. * Review and control operational costs. * Prepare financial and management reports to facilitate business understanding across the Group’s various commercial and operational lines. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Collaborate in the design, monitoring, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support process automation and internal process improvement. * Support inventory control, collaborating with relevant departments. **What Are We Looking For?** * **University degree in Business Administration and Management or related field** * Specific knowledge: Finance, auditing, accounting, legal compliance, controlling. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau) * **Languages: English** (Desirable) * Experience: **Prior experience in a similar role (2\-4 years)** * Valid driver’s license
