Main responsibilities include accounting management—especially invoicing—as well as coordination with advisory and management firms regarding personnel registration and deregistration procedures and tax settlements. The position also covers daily administration of work reports, delivery notes, and invoices, along with document archiving. Occupational risk prevention management is required, including monitoring training and medical examinations, as well as preparing records of personal protective equipment. Additionally, commercial activities will be carried out, such as creating promotional materials and prospecting for new clients. Tenders will also be managed, and any issues arising in this area will be resolved. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:00, and a monthly salary of 1\.759 euros.
