Maintenance Manager

Job Description We are looking to hire a Maintenance Manager with experience in the corrugated cardboard / packaging sector, who will lead the maintenance department and ensure the proper operation, availability, and reliability of production machinery and facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the human team, planning maintenance activities, and coordinating with external companies, ensuring production continuity and anticipating potential incidents. Key Responsibilities * Management and leadership of a team of approximately 10 people. * Planning, monitoring, and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordination and supervision of external companies, contractors, and technical service providers. * Management and control of technical interventions, scheduled shutdowns, and overtime work. * Analysis of breakdowns and incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Anticipation of potential failures that could affect production and safety. * Ensuring the proper operation and availability of corrugated cardboard production machinery. * Collaboration with Production, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) departments. * Compliance with and monitoring of safety, OHS, and industrial maintenance regulations. Requirements * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the corrugated cardboard or packaging sector. * Experience managing maintenance teams. * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Proactive profile, oriented toward continuous improvement and incident prevention. * Leadership and communication skills.
