At Elis, Maintenance Assistants make all human and material resources available to production and the maintenance department to ensure proper operation of production equipment and appropriate planning thereof — working collaboratively and aiming for maximum customer satisfaction. * You will ensure compliance with quality, logistics, and safety standards and promote participative development. * Strong management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as people leadership ability, are essential. * You will possess technical knowledge of industrial maintenance and familiarity with Elis’ production equipment: washing tunnels, industrial dryers, conveyors, calenders. * You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant machinery. * You will organize and plan corrective and preventive maintenance. * You will ensure maintenance teams carry out periodic checks of all operational parameters. * You will actively contribute to enforcing occupational health and safety regulations. * You will continuously seek new ideas to resolve issues arising in your area and participate in innovative proposals as part of a team. * You will serve as the liaison with the production department. * You will collaborate with HR to recruit, integrate, lead, and manage your teams. **Responsibilities, leadership, motivating remuneration — are you tempted?** Yes?
