Job Summary: We are seeking an External Plant Manager to lead and manage technical teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of fiber optic networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage multidisciplinary work teams. 2. Design and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. 3. Optimize processes and technologies to improve the network. Olin was founded with the ambition to consolidate, professionalize, and grow a group of local operators focused on proximity, service quality, and product simplicity. We aim to become a benchmark for providing high-speed connectivity access in both wholesale and retail markets, and we are currently experiencing strong growth and expansion across Spain. We are looking to expand our team at Olin, a company within the OlinGroup, by hiring an External Plant Manager. The selected candidate will report to the company's CEO and the Group's External Plant Director. They will be directly responsible for managing a team comprising coordinators, supervisors, and field technicians. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, coordinate, and manage the execution, installation, maintenance, and deployment of the fiber optic network, ensuring efficient planning, task assignment to the technical team, and collaboration with other departments and suppliers. * Supervise field works to ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental standards, verifying that execution adheres to plans, regulations, construction procedures, and technical specifications. * Manage the material resources and equipment required for operations, ensuring achievement of KPIs and optimizing costs within the allocated budget. * Guarantee network operational continuity through preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating and supervising resolution of faults and incidents according to established SLAs. * Lead, motivate, and train the work team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to safe procedures and sound technical practices. * Ensure compliance with technical, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and quality standards, maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, management reports, and production reports. * Analyze management indicators and propose process and technology improvements to optimize the network, implementing corrective and preventive actions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles managing installation and assembly teams, as well as fiber optic network deployment. * Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. * Knowledge of fiber optic network infrastructure. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with technical, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and quality regulations. * Experience using project design and management tools. * Desirable: Courses or certifications in fiber optics, project management, or occupational health and safety (PRL). **What We Offer:** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Company vehicle. * Salary commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Performance-based salary incentives. * Corporate benefits: Flexible compensation (restaurants, childcare, training, etc.). * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. * 1 remote work day per week: Tuesday Do you meet the requirements?
