Job Summary:
We are seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the proper operation, preservation, and safety of our facilities by carrying out various comprehensive maintenance tasks.

We are a Catholic association operating at the diocesan level, located in the Chamberí district (Bilbao metro station), and we are looking for a maintenance technician to replace our current staff member who is retiring; therefore, this is a permanent position with an indefinite-term contract.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and safety of the facilities
* Perform maintenance work including electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and IT.
* Computerized control of access systems and air conditioning.
* Ensure proper use and preservation of facilities and IT equipment in collaboration with teaching staff and in accordance with instructions from the person holding the directorship.
* Respond to incidents, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs promptly and effectively.
* Monitor the general condition of facilities, identifying potential improvements or intervention needs.
* Coordinate, when necessary, the activities of suppliers and external specialized service providers.
* Carry out minor repairs of all kinds
* Coordinate space requirements, activities, and logistics for events
**Job Requirements**
**Education**
* Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive maintenance roles.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
* Proficiency in using manual and electric tools.

* Good interpersonal skills and service orientation.
* User-level computer proficiency.

Salary: €23,000.00–€25,000.00 per year
