The Distribution Coordinator supports the Commercial function in the execution of regional commercial strategies designed to maximize revenue performance across all distribution channels. This role provides operational and analytical support to ensure effective channel optimisation, rate integrity, regional level support \& optimized inventory distribution along side some small account management. Working within the regional commercial structure, the position contributes to cross\-functional alignment and supports performance monitoring across both direct and indirect revenue streams. The Distribution Coordinator operates in a support capacity within the Commercial function, contributing to revenue optimization through effective distribution management and performance analysis. The role provides foundational exposure to regional commercial strategy and offers development potential within Revenue Management and Distribution career pathways. **Roles/Responsibilities** Commercial Strategy Support \- Including but not limited to * Support the implementation of regional commercial and revenue management strategies. * Assist in preparing materials and analysis for Regional Commercial Committee meetings and performance reviews. * Contribute to commercial initiatives aimed at improving channel effectiveness and revenue optimization. Distribution Channel Management \- Including but not limited to * Support the coordination and maintenance of distribution across all approved channels, including OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other designated platforms. * Monitor rate parity, inventory allocation, and channel configuration to ensure alignment with commercial strategy. * Assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes. Regional \& Channel Coordination \- Including but not limited to * Support regional channel activities, including onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization. * Ensure accurate channel setup and maintenance in line with agreed commercial terms. * Escalate discrepancies or operational issues as appropriate. Cross\-Functional Collaboration \- Including but not limited to * Work collaboratively with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure commercial alignment. * Support communication between regional and property\-level stakeholders regarding distribution performance and initiatives. Competencies \& skills requirements * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail * Commercial awareness * Detail orientated * Collaborative team player * Problem solving ability * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment * Eagerness to learn and develop within commercial functions * Is self\-driven and is able to think outside and inside the box **Minimum education:** Bachelor or Master’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration **Minimum experience:** 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, revenue management, e\-commerce, or commercial operations **Language skills:** Fluent English both written and spoken.
