The person holding this position will report to District Manager and be a member of the Norgine SalesForce. **Requirements** POSITION PURPOSE: Increase sales of promoted products according to established targets, carry out a defined daily medical visit activity, and build and develop customer relationships. Act as a mentor to young trainees assigned to your territory with the objective of serving as a role model from a technical standpoint as well as in commitment to the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Represents Norgine to customers and communicates information about our products in an ethical and professional manner. * Reinforces Norgine's Vision and Strategic Direction by setting an example in all actions. * Knows the Norgine brand and acts as an ambassador of its culture and values, while avoiding any damage to the brand. * Seeks improvements that add value to their work. * Leads by example in establishing high performance standards. * Positively influences their area of responsibility. * Develops positive working relationships. * Maintains high standards of customer service and ensures customers are informed. * Does not hesitate to share knowledge, skills, and experiences to improve others' results. MAIN TASKS Product, market, and pathology knowledge * Know all NORGINE products as well as all clinical data, scientific evidence, and various tests conducted with the product for the intended pathologies. * Know and understand the working environment in which our customers operate, using the information obtained to properly follow up with them and thereby help guide sales effectively. * Know and appropriately communicate NORGINE's marketing messages. * Know the key messages of our competitors, as well as their promotional activities. * Present and interpret the clinical data of our products appropriately and within context. * Work as much as possible according to the KAM account methodology. Job-related skills: * Plan medical visits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, analyzing possible alternatives. This plan must align with the company's business plan. * Perform administrative tasks and activity reporting daily with great care and accuracy, using the CRM reporting system (VEEVA) and the various reports available within it. * Manage the assigned budget. * Achieve the required frequency and coverage of visits using the reporting system or CRM (VEEVA). * Review decisions on actions to implement with certain customers after analyzing their results. Identify follow-up points along the customer adoption scale for our products. Obtain specific customer commitments during each visit. * Listen to customer needs and build mutual respect with all of them. * Develop and implement an action plan to identify customer needs and thereby maximize sales. Attitude * Must exceed assigned objectives and challenge personal boundaries and comfort zones. * Must motivate team members, trainees being mentored, and customers, fostering positive changes in work habits and/or prescribing behavior. * Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities personally or for team development without affecting personal work. * Must generate and receive feedback constructively, then strive to adjust behavior and apply it to daily practice. * Must understand how the team functions, their own role, and how Norgine operates. Technical skills: * Must have appropriate training to work in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the motivation to keep learning and adapting to changes. * Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as any other IT tools necessary for job performance or employee portals (GENIE). * Report daily in the CRM system all visits made and expenses incurred. * Must have thorough knowledge of the National Health System, including local and regional characteristics applicable to the assigned work area. * Must have thorough knowledge of the hospital system, including all management processes, key decision-makers, and support personnel. * Communicate and provide medical information about each of our products to healthcare professionals. * Actively promote NORGINE products. * Analyze sales data from their territory and propose improvement actions if necessary.
