**METAL STRUCTURES INSTALLER \-** **SALARY ACCORDING TO COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT \+ OVERTIME HOURS** **Main Responsibilities** **IMPORTANT: JOB INVOLVES SPENDING MANY HOURS AWAY (traveling and working), AND DEPENDING ON THE CITY, SLEEPING OUTSIDE HOME.** \- On-site assembly according to documentation, drawings, and specific instructions. \- Verify and be aware of the specifications or particularities of the assembly or Client. \- Ensure all required tools, materials, and accessories for the order or possible needs during assembly are brought; do not wait until the last moment. Be proactive. \- Check that the loaded goods match those planned for the assembly. \- Carry out tasks according to the order and priority set by the Assembly Supervisor; in case of doubts or new data/information arising, immediately discuss to make appropriate decisions. \- Report to the Supervisor any incidents, observations, details regarding the installation, as well as any unexpected delays in the work. \- Maintain good relations with Clients, including conduct, appearance, punctuality, commitments, etc., and especially care for the location where the assembly takes place. \- Perform work in such a way that scheduled deadlines are met with minimal costs. **Related Tasks** \- Cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas. \- Know, communicate, and enforce rules regarding quality, safety, waste, etc. \- Have all necessary technical documentation available, kept secure and easily accessible. \- Seek continuous improvement in work methods used. **Preferred Education and Knowledge** Not required, but related studies, technical ability, and on-site skills will be valued. **Valued Skills** \- Accustomed to traveling and spending long periods away from home \- Focused on excellence and execution timelines \- Work-oriented \- Tolerance to pressure \- Organizational ability \- Flexibility in problem solving **Experience** Experience as part of assembly teams in the sector will be valued, especially more than 2 years. Must be demonstrable. **Training** Training will be provided by the team supervisor. Additionally, factory training will be given to learn products and production processes.
