Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Installer to carry out on-site assemblies, verify specifications, and ensure proper project execution, involving travel and overnight stays away from home. Team-based work in the assembly of metal structures **METAL STRUCTURE INSTALLER** **SALARY ACCORDING TO COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT + OVERTIME PAY** **Main Responsibilities** **IMPORTANT: THIS POSITION REQUIRES SPENDING EXTENDED HOURS AWAY FROM HOME (for travel and work), AND POTENTIALLY STAYING OVERNIGHT IN OTHER CITIES.** \- Assemble structures on site according to documentation, drawings, and specific instructions. \- Verify and be familiar with assembly specifications or client-specific requirements. \- Ensure all required tools, materials, and accessories are available before starting the job—do not wait until the last minute. Be proactive. \- Confirm that the goods loaded match those scheduled for assembly. \- Carry out tasks following the order and priority set by the Assembly Supervisor; in case of doubts or newly emerging data or information, immediately report them to make timely decisions. \- Notify the Supervisor of any incidents, observations, or details regarding the installation, as well as any unforeseen delays in the work. \- Maintain good relations with clients—pay attention to conduct, appearance, punctuality, commitments, etc.—and especially respect the location where assembly takes place. \- Perform work in such a way as to meet planned deadlines and minimize costs. **Related Tasks** \- Clean and organize tools and work areas. \- Know, communicate, and enforce quality, safety, waste management, and other relevant regulations. \- Possess all necessary technical documentation, ensuring it remains accessible and secure. \- Continuously seek improvements in current work methods. **Preferred Education and Knowledge** Not mandatory, but technical education or hands-on construction experience will be valued. **Valued Skills** \- Accustomed to frequent travel and extended periods away from home \- Focused on excellence and execution timelines \- Work-oriented \- Stress-tolerant \- Organizational ability \- Flexible problem-solving capability **Experience** Experience working in metal structure assembly teams within the sector will be valued—especially teams with over two years of proven experience. **Training** On-the-job training will be provided by the team supervisor.
