




Job Summary: We are seeking a metal structure installer with availability to travel, focused on on-site assembly, customer care, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and development of technical skills. **METAL STRUCTURE INSTALLER** **SALARY ACCORDING TO COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT + OVERTIME** **Main Responsibilities** **IMPORTANT: THIS POSITION REQUIRES SPENDING EXTENSIVE TIME AWAY FROM HOME (travel and work), AND OVERNIGHT STAYS OUTSIDE OF HOME DEPENDING ON THE CITY.** - Carry out on-site assembly in accordance with documentation, drawings, and specific instructions. - Verify and be familiar with the specifications or particularities of the assembly or the client. - Ensure all required tools, materials, and accessories for the order—or potentially needed during assembly—are available; do not wait until the last moment. Be proactive. - Confirm that the goods loaded match those specified for the assembly. - Perform tasks according to the sequence and priority established by the Assembly Supervisor; in case of doubts or emergence of new data or information, immediately discuss them to make timely decisions. - Notify the Supervisor of any incidents, observations, or details regarding the installation, as well as any unforeseen delays in the work. - Maintain positive client relations—including conduct, appearance, punctuality, commitments, etc.—and especially safeguard the site where assembly is carried out. - Carry out work in such a manner as to meet scheduled deadlines and minimize costs. **Related Tasks** - Keep tools and work areas clean and orderly. - Know, communicate, and enforce quality, safety, waste management, and other applicable regulations. - Possess all necessary technical documentation, ensuring it is readily accessible and secure. - Pursue continuous improvement in current working methods. **Preferred Education and Knowledge** Not mandatory, but studies related to technical capability and on-site dexterity will be valued. **Valued Skills** - Accustomed to traveling and spending extended periods away from home - Focused on excellence and execution timelines - Work-oriented - Stress-tolerant - Organizational ability - Flexibility in problem-solving **Experience** Experience as part of structural assembly teams within the industry will be valued—particularly over two years’ experience, verifiable. **Training** On-the-job training will be provided by the Team Supervisor.
