**What will be your role?** You will be responsible for designing processes, digitizing field tools, and adapting/creating new marketable services within the SAT department.
Responsibilities and functions
* Adapting regulations to service operations: Ensuring compliance with and adapting the SAT department’s daily regulatory requirements to applicable technical and legal regulations for HVAC installations.
* Developing, creating, and structuring new services for customers.
* Developing and standardizing a procedural plan for Service Technicians, commissioning protocols, troubleshooting diagnostic guides, and quality standards for SAT technicians.
* Developing tools for Service application: Designing and implementing digital and technical tools to facilitate fieldwork (inspection checklists, calculation templates, and technical knowledge bases).
Education and experience
* Degree in Electronic, Thermal, or Chemical Engineering; or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Maintenance and Fluid Systems.
* In-depth knowledge of regulations and installations, including RITE and RSIF.
* English B2 level (good communication skills with customers).
* Strong organizational and proactive abilities; excellent customer communication skills.
* Desirable: Experience with SCADA systems, BMS, IoT platforms, industrial communications, and protocols.
* Willingness to travel nationwide.
