Initial and ongoing training. **Job Description**A well-established company in the furniture and decoration sector is seeking a **Store Supervisor – Store Manager** to coordinate and supervise several of our stores in Málaga city. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of retail outlets, leading the sales team, organizing daily activities, driving product promotions, and guaranteeing excellent customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and coordination of multiple stores in Málaga city. * Management and motivation of sales teams. * Planning and monitoring of commercial activities, achievement of targets, and performance tracking. * Organization of store layouts, product presentation, and promotional campaigns. * Ensuring proper customer service and resolution of incidents. * Stock control, order management, and operational requirements. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **sales team and store management**. * Experience in the **furniture, decoration, or home goods sector** is highly valued. * Strong commercial orientation and customer service vocation. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas. * Availability for mobility among the various stores in the city. **Personal Skills and Competencies** * Positive leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Organizational vision and attention to detail. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly. * Customer service vocation and empathy. * Flexibility and adaptability. **We Offer** * Join a stable and growing company. * Permanent contract after an initial probationary period. * Full-time position. * Competitive fixed salary + **performance-based incentives**. * Initial and ongoing training. * Professional development opportunities within the company.
