Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Team Leader to manage and lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote continuous improvement in the chemical sector. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement A chemical sector company based in Les Franqueses del Vallès is looking for a Quality Control Team Leader with a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control and a disability certification of 33% or higher. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, Monday to Friday, with a split working schedule from 8:00 to 17:00. Manage and lead the team to achieve established objectives and maintain a high level of commitment and development. Guide the team in customer service and ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience. Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and with other departments, and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate the team’s daily activities, assign tasks, and set priorities. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Prior experience in similar responsibilities as a team leader in the quality control area. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control * Competencies / Knowledge: Team management. Communication skills. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2700 * Additional information: The planned start date is 07/04/2026.
