Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics flow specialist for industrial strategic projects, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery from design through implementation, guaranteeing quality and deadlines. At **Carrier Montilla**, we are seeking a logistics flow specialist to perform duties on newly implemented industrial strategic projects at the plant. This position is critical to ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery of projects—from the design and definition phases onward—while ensuring quality, resource allocation, and adherence to established timelines. The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Developing and defining PFEP and Master Data for new project references * Managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries on time and as scheduled during the project ramp-up plan * Defining and implementing the logistic flow from supermarket/warehouse to production line * Calculating and defining logistic cycle times and proposing improvements thereto * Designing and defining the layout of the logistic supermarket * Defining and implementing part presentation at the assembly line * Calculating storage areas and surface requirements for finished goods and raw materials * Supporting other functions and strategies within the project team * Attending corporate meetings * Defining and managing packaging for internal material handling (packaging design is considered a valuable added skill) **Education and Experience:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics * Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar tools * Professional-level English (spoken and written) * Experience in industrial implementation, logistics, supply chain, or business projects will be considered a plus **Key Skills:** * Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively across all organizational levels, including customers and executives * Organization: Effective management of multiple tasks and priorities * Problem Solving: Critical thinking to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the project * Adaptability: Ability to handle dynamic situations and challenges with a positive attitude * Out-of-the-box thinking – Seeking alternative solutions to recurring and/or blocking problems to go beyond conventional resolution **Location:** This is an on-site position in Montilla, Córdoba, with occasional travel to other locations in Europe **Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
