




Description ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and PLCs. * Request necessary materials for equipment maintenance from Purchasing/Production Manager. * Request external supplier maintenance services from Purchasing/Production Manager. * Record preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, molds, injection systems, robots, or PLCs in the system according to the Maintenance Plan. * Manage spare parts inventory and maintain stock levels of commonly used components for daily operations. * Prepare internal maintenance work orders and record anomalies, proposing improvements in procedures. * Log machinery failures (assembly lines, injection machines, robots, molds, PLCs, etc.) into the maintenance software. * Ensure proper archiving of maintenance-related documentation and provide it to departments upon request. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out and ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, robots, or PLCs according to the Maintenance Plan. * Be responsible for corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Receive shipments of materials required for machinery and facility maintenance. * Repair machinery breakdowns (assembly lines, robots, PLCs, etc.). * Conduct visual inspections of facility equipment (machines, robots, or PLCs) to verify correct operation and record findings in the system. * Participate in spare parts inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify potential discrepancies. * Supervise maintenance tasks performed by external companies. * Comply with OOL standards (Organization, Order, and Cleanliness). * Make modifications to plant PLC programming and data acquisition systems (SCADA) to provide production, maintenance, and engineering with necessary data. * Program or reprogram machines to implement performance improvements. * Design and implement technical improvements or solutions (mechanical, electrical, and programming level) on machinery. * Provide technical support in diagnosing complex electrical faults requiring PLC intervention. **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Know and comply with the Integrated Management System policies, Ethical Code guidelines, occupational health and safety regulations, and information security and protection standards. * Work in accordance with defined organizational processes. * Ensure order and cleanliness within their area of responsibility. * Use resources and raw materials responsibly. * Properly segregate waste using designated containers. * Ensure personal safety by always complying with applicable safety measures and occupational health and safety regulations. * Use mandatory personal protective equipment appropriately and responsibly. * Comply with implemented information security risk control and prevention measures. * Report any behaviors that may pose a risk to information security, especially personal data security. * Be aware of the most significant environmental aspects of the workplace. * Know the Group's environmental objectives. * Be familiar with the Group's policy and principles regarding MA management. Requirements * Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics, Electrical, or Pneumatic Engineering. * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and knowledge of PLCs
