Job Description As a Nursing Assistant Technician at Ribera Salud, you will be a key contributor to the care and well-being of our patients, supporting the nursing team to ensure high-quality healthcare assistance and a satisfactory experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities * Provide auxiliary nursing care, guaranteeing optimal health conditions and comfort. * Receive and accompany patients during their stay at the facility, attending to their basic needs. * Support nursing staff in patient care and treatments. * Manage medical supplies and pharmacy products, ensuring hygiene and sterilization. * Carry out laboratory sample management. * Use available material resources rationally. * Coordinate activities with other organizational professionals. * Participate in training activities for continuous development. Requirements * Education: Medium-level vocational training program in Nursing Auxiliary Care. * Service-oriented vocation and commitment to quality healthcare. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow established guidelines. * Patient-centered orientation, empathy, and strong communication skills.
