Your work will be critical in supporting planning, task control, and operational management of technology services and solutions. You will collaborate with various internal teams, external vendors, and end users to manage requests, track tasks, and ensure processes run efficiently. Your contribution will help maintain service quality and ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and track operational tasks and project activities * Manage requests and incidents using ticketing tools such as Jira, Remedy, or Snow * Support the administration and coordination of technology solutions and processes * Coordinate with external vendors on deliverable tracking, timelines, and service levels * Provide support for mobile device-related operational management * Manage incoming, outgoing, and warehouse material organization * Facilitate communication among internal teams, users, and vendors to resolve incidents **What we need to see from you** Essential: * Medium- or higher-level vocational education in a technical or administrative field * Experience in task coordination, project support, or operational management * Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira, Remedy, Snow, or similar * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Desirable: * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban * Experience working in large-scale corporate environments * Basic or intermediate level of English * Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas **Job Function** Hidden (34762) **Accommodations** At SoftwareOne, we warmly welcome candidates from all backgrounds and with all types of abilities.
