Main responsibilities include supporting maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), low-voltage installations, and plumbing, as well as providing technical assistance to address urgent incidents in buildings and affiliated centers. Prior maintenance experience and the ability to resolve technical problems are valued. This position offers an indefinite-term contract with full-time hours, and the annual salary ranges between 21,500 and 23,000 euros.
