We seek a "Data Analyst" profile specialized in BI tools to support data analysis within the company. #### **Job Mission** Design and maintain dashboards in **Power BI**, and digitize processes using **Power Apps** and **Power Automate**, connecting data sources (SQL/ERP/Excel/APIs), ensuring data quality, traceability, and scalability. Build end\-to\-end solutions on the Power Platform, integrated with SQL databases and automated processes, with emphasis on scalability and governance. #### **Responsibilities** * Building **Power BI dashboards** (data modeling, DAX, visualization, performance, security). * Designing **data models** (star schema, measures, KPIs, incremental refresh where applicable). * Developing **Power Apps** (Canvas and/or Model\-driven) to digitize forms and workflows. * Automating processes with **Power Automate** (approvals, alerts, integrations, RPA where applicable). * Integrating with **SQL** (queries, stored procedures, views, basic optimization) and external services via **API**. * Using **Python** for data preparation, validation, ad-hoc automation, or advanced analytics. * Defining standards: documentation, version control, governance, and best practices. * Providing user support: gathering requirements, training, and continuous improvement. #### **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience with **Power BI** (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, performance optimization). * Practical experience with **Power Apps** and **Power Automate** in real-world environments. * Solid knowledge of **SQL** (joins, CTEs, window functions preferred). * Hands-on experience with **Python** (pandas, automation, APIs, or scripting). * Ability to translate business needs into data and automation solutions. #### **Desirable Qualifications** * Power BI Service: **RLS**, Gateways, Workspaces, Deployment Pipelines. * Connectors and APIs (REST), SharePoint/Dataverse, Teams. * Experience with **Dataverse** and ALM/Power Platform solutions. * Azure (Data Factory, SQL Azure, Synapse, etc.) or other cloud environments. #### **We Offer** * Career development plan and professional growth * Intensive and flexible working hours * Two days of remote work per week * Positive work environment * An exciting project Don’t hesitate to apply for this opportunity and grow within an expanding company!
