The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation, submission, and follow-up of commercial and technical proposals for international clients, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. Responsibilities * Coordinate with internal departments and international partners in preparing proposals. * Monitor tendering processes, analyze awardings and disqualifications. * Identify new tendering opportunities and assess their relevance to the company. * Update legal documentation required by public administrations and international organizations. * Coordinate with other departments to obtain and collect information, as well as with national and international partners. * Handle formal correspondence with clients and authorities, prepare legal and administrative clarifications. * Follow up on tendering procedures. * Draft, sign, and archive contracts resulting from awarded tenders. * Occasional or Special Tasks: International travel for bid presentations and collaboration with other departments or general company tasks.
