Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a team focused on heavy machinery in the Madrid area. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating preventive maintenance tasks for machines, assigning duties to technicians according to the established schedule. It is essential to ensure that these maintenance activities are carried out timely and efficiently to minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment lifespan. Responsibilities include assessing machine damages, preparing detailed repair cost estimates (including labor and spare parts), and serving as the main point of contact for clients in case of any incidents. Additionally, you will handle customer calls, log incidents, and coordinate necessary actions to resolve them. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating work order records in SAP, organizing and archiving related documentation, and monitoring equipment availability and allocation.
