




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, handle customer and supplier communications, operate the switchboard, manage postal and electronic mail, and provide general administrative support in Oviedo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of documentation and communications. 2. General administrative support across various departments. 3. Collaboration with different departments. We are looking for a candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant in Oviedo. Main responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing documentation, attending to customers, processing orders and liaising with suppliers. The role also involves operating the switchboard and handling telephone inquiries, as well as processing and monitoring postal and electronic mail. General administrative support will be provided, including document management, archiving, and collaboration with other departments. A Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance or a Higher Technician qualification in Executive Assistance is required. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% is mandatory. A B1 level or higher in English is desirable. A temporary employment contract is offered, initially for one year, with possibility of extension. Working hours are full-time: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 17:00; Friday, from 08:00 to 14:30\. Salary will comply with the Collective Agreement for Offices and Consulting Firms.
