Linde Medica **Warehouse Supervisor Iberia (m/f/d)** San Sebastian de los Reyes, Spain \| req26485 **What you will enjoy doing** * You will manage the control of CAPEX and Budget for the cost centers under your responsibility, as well as stock control and inventory management, ensuring proper supply * You must ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental objectives within your area of influence * You will coordinate the preparation of KPI reports, consumption, and expenses to measure the established SLA * Also you will undertake the management and supervision of personnel under your charge * You should keep the material and other assets updated in the SAP master data * You will be responsible for monitoring audits and implementing corrective actions derived from them * You will actively participate in processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's progress toward digital transformation **What makes you great** * You have at least 5 years of professional experience leading teams * In addition, you have previous experience of at least 5 years managing warehouses * Knowledge as a Logistics Operator is highly valued * You adapt easily to new technological tools and are proficient in the Office suite * You have knowledge of SAP.
