Prior experience and related training will be valued We are seeking personnel to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in buildings and outdoor areas. Responsibilities include basic electrical work such as inspection and replacement of lamps, switches, sockets, and fuses; plumbing repairs for malfunctions, unclogging, leaks, and climate control systems; interior and exterior surface painting with protective coating application; and gardening tasks such as mowing, pruning, irrigation, and general sanitation. **Practical knowledge in the following areas is required:** electricity, plumbing, painting, and gardening. Prior experience in similar positions and training related to the mentioned tasks will be valued. This is a permanent full-time position with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. The position is located in Lugo de Llanera (Asturias). Salary and employment conditions follow the Collective Agreement for Healthcare Facilities—Inpatient, Outpatient, Assistance, and Clinical Analysis Services of the Principality of Asturias.
