




DESCRIPTION Computer technician for an educational center with the following responsibilities: * Handle and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, servers, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Basic monitoring and administration of the center's network (WiFi, cabling, switches, firewalls). * Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and applications. * User administration. * Provide user support (teachers, administrative staff, students, and families). * Control and management of equipment inventory and software licenses. * Collaboration in the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure improvements. * Basic supervision of cybersecurity and backups. * Maintenance of websites and social media. * Documentation of procedures and incidents. REQUIREMENTS * Technical education in Computer Science: * Medium or higher vocational training cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Networked Computer Systems Administration, or similar. * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, WiFi). * Experience in installation and configuration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Basic knowledge of computer hardware and equipment maintenance. * Administrator-level familiarity with Google G\-Suite tools is recommended. * Ability to quickly resolve technical problems. * Good communication skills and user orientation.
