This role combines clinical assistance, guest service, and operational support to ensure an exceptional experience. Delivers advanced aesthetic treatments under the supervision of the Doctor, as well as post-treatment follow-up to ensure optimal results and guest satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reviews the treatment schedule, anticipating and preparing any needs to ensure guest satisfaction. * Assists the Doctor in performing advanced dermo-aesthetic and aesthetic procedures, following instructions and clinical protocols. * Performs dermo-aesthetic treatments within their scope of competence, adhering to established protocols for each device's use. * Carries out and ensures maintenance and cleaning of the dermo-aesthetic unit’s equipment. * Provides information and assistance to guests regarding offered services and procedures to be performed. * Accurately and confidentially records guest information. * Collaborates with other departments to provide an integrated guest experience. **Education/Qualifications:** *Essential:* Official qualification as Clinical Assistant. Training as a Technician in Aesthetics, Dermo-aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. *Desirable:* Courses or certifications in advanced facial and body treatments, skincare, and aesthetic devices. Additional languages beyond those specified above. **Experience:** *Essential:* Experience assisting with and performing advanced aesthetic treatments in high-end aesthetic clinics, dermo-aesthetic clinics, or wellness centers.
