Would you like to become part of a success story and contribute decisively—through your work, ideas, and personality—to the success of our service division? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Installation Area Manager, as Installation Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating installation-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technical personnel. This is a dynamic role characterized by a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assigned installation technician team. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision, analysis, monitoring of site progress and installation outcomes, and performance indicator tracking. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, including identification and resolution of shortages or deficiencies. * Handover of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site-specific safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We’re Seeking** Do you possess a structured work approach and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks efficiently and successfully?
