We are currently seeking a FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE to join our Functional Insitu team. Requirements: * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related degree in the healthcare field. * Minimum 2 years of professional experience. * Motivation and interest in the healthcare sector. * Strong teamwork skills. * Methodical mindset and analytical capability. * Ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels (physicians, nurses, department heads, and/or management). * Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL. Desirable: * Experience in designing and defining hospital circuits/workflows, as well as configuring and implementing such circuits within hospital information systems (e.g., HPHIS, HCIS, Casiopea, Selene, etc.) will be highly valued. * Knowledge of reporting tools. Responsibilities: * Gathering requirements, designing, and defining hospital circuits/workflows. * Configuring and implementing these circuits in CGM Selene. * Providing support and maintenance for CGM Selene — incident management and resolution. * Acting as the point of contact for end users of CGM Selene.
